Robert Branagh (Chair)

An experienced General Manager who has set up, managed and grown several businesses over the last 20 years, Robert is now setting out on the next stage of his career which revolves around helping others and sharing his knowledge and experience. Robert owns an executive search and talent management business and acts as a non-executive director for central government and two not for profit organisations, the Pensions Management Institute and the Tavistock Institute. He is also a Trustee and the Chairman to two of the largest UK pensions schemes.

Helen Carter

Helen is an experienced interim, specialising in change management and performance improvement in voluntary and community sector organisations. Passionate about ensuring social inclusion, she has held a number of senior roles in the sector, including as Managing Director Enterprise & Innovation at Leonard Cheshire Disability.

Jonathan Jetsy

Jonathon Jetsy is currently global head of compliance for the Schroders Plc group, a UK based FTSE100 listed asset management group which has offices in 27 countries.

Jonathan was educated at Cambridge University, trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and completed an MBA at the London Business School.  He worked for KPMG from 1980 to 2006.  He has worked in the field of financial services regulation and compliance since 1985. For most of his career, he has provided professional advisory and consulting services to financial services businesses, principally in the asset management sector.

Deborah Rozansky

Deborah is an experienced management consultant with expertise in health and social care policy and practice. Passionate about improving health and wellbeing, she advises clients on organisational strategy, governance, service design, change management and impact evaluation. Until recently, Deborah was Executive Director of the Office of Public Management.  Previous leadership roles include Director of Strategy and Communications at the Health Foundation and Director of Corporate Affairs at the Royal College of Nursing. Deborah initially worked as a civil servant for state and federal healthcare agencies in the US, including a public appointment as the first Director of the Office of Women's Health Initiatives at the Ohio Department of Health. Before joining the Equinox Care Board, Deborah was a trustee and Vice Chair at Breast Cancer Care for nine years.

Adam Thwaites

Adam currently works as a management consultant, for one of the 'Big Four' consulting firms, predominantly in the health and social care sectors. He has fifteen years' experience of leading business change and turnaround projects, having worked in a number of senior roles within the private and public sectors, including as Head of Transformation and Programme Director for large hospital trusts. Adam also has worked extensively in commissioning to deliver both quality and efficiency, across both the health and social care settings.

Adam has previously served as a Trustee on a number of charity boards, including a term as Chair of the Board of Trustees with Cooltan Arts, a mental health and arts charity in South London.
