Your manager will hold regular supervision meetings with you to check on your progress and to give you the opportunity to say how you feel you are performing – you can also use the session to raise non performance related issues. Formal evaluation reviews are held at 1 month, 3 month and 6 month intervals during the probation period and annual appraisals thereafter.
