Did you catch Steve on BBC3 Counties Radio last Sunday? He was talking to the BBC's Toby Friedner about how he managed to stop using cannabis after 35 years - after coming to a peer group in Watford for cannabis users, set up by Equinox.

If you missed it, all is not lost! You can listen again to Steve's amazing story online.

Equinox were commissioned by Herts County Council to help set up a self-sustaining peer network for cannabis support in Watford - and Steve's experience is one example of how the network is helping people to change their lives.

Steve and other group participants have gone on to help shape the peer network, distributing group posters and flyers to local GPs, amongst many other things.
