Equinox Care retains ISO9001 accreditation

Equinox has successfully retained ISO9001 accreditation for our Quality Management System. External auditors carried out a detailed inspection of our working practices and the way in which we monitor, review and seek to continually improve our services.

Over four days, the auditors visited Equinox Central Office, Equinox Aspinden Wood, Equinox Lewisham and Equinox Greenwich and issued a  detailed report of their findings. Our Quality Management System was found to be ISO9001-compliant across the organisation.

Ian Olney, Head of Quality and Compliance at Equinox, said: “ISO9001 accreditation is  validation of Equinox’s aim to ensure that the services we provide are of the highest standard. It acts as independent external confirmation to service users, commissioners and partners of our commitment to quality and continual improvement”.
