Research has shown that there are high numbers of people in the Three Rivers area who are drinking alcohol above safe levels but who are currently accessing no help. These people are typically in high levels of employment and if they continue to drink to unsafe levels, there may be implications for their health, family life and career.

For this reason, Equinox have been commissioned to create an innovative recovery support network in the Three Rivers area - and now we are pleased to announce the first of our free and confidential meetings in the area. All are welcome to attend - including people directly affected by alcohol and also family or friends who want to find out more.

So, if alcohol is causing you problems at work or at home and you live in the Three Rivers area of Hertfordshire, then you are welcome to come along.

The first Equinox Three Rivers confidential meeting takes place on Thursday 4th April: 7pm to 8.30pm.

Meetings will then be held every Thursday evening between 7pm and 8.30pm.

Meetings are free, there are no assessments or specific requirements for participation.

Meeting address: Mill End Community Centre, Old School Building, Church Lane, Mill End, Rickmansworth WD3 8HD (1 mile from Rickmansworth station, entrance is on the right hand side of the building and will be signposted).
